What you share with us

We collect the information you send us, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred moving date, pickup and drop-off areas, and the size of your move. When arranging a booking, we may also need addresses and details about access, belongings and the services you need. Please only share information relevant to your move.

How we use your information

We use these details to respond to your request by phone or email, discuss pricing and availability, arrange and carry out a confirmed move, and maintain necessary business records. Sending a quote request does not book a move.

We do not sell your personal information. A quote request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Website requests and Meta forms

The quote form on this website prepares an email draft. It does not automatically send your details to Rush Movers or save them in a website database. You must send the email from your email app for us to receive it.

If you submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta processes the form and makes your submitted information available to Rush Movers. Meta handles information under its own Privacy Policy.

We have not added an advertising pixel or analytics tracker to this website. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as an IP address, and information needed to operate, secure and deliver their services. Those providers may use cookies for their own service functions.

Who may handle it

Information is shared with people helping fulfil your request or move only as needed for that work. We also use service providers for email, website hosting and lead forms. These providers may process or store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law.

Keeping and protecting information

We limit access to people who need the information and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to it. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and any applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements, then securely delete or anonymize it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy contact

You can contact Rush Movers to ask about our privacy practices, request access to or correction of your personal information, raise a concern, or withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal limits. Withdrawing information needed for a quote or booking may prevent us from completing that service. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
